RELEASE: THRC CONGRATULATES REP. DUSTIN BURROWS ON ELECTION AS SPEAKER

(Austin, Texas) -- Today, members of the Texas House of Representatives gathered at the Texas State Capitol to officially begin the 89th legislative session.  Representative Dustin Burrows, a member of the Republican Caucus, was elected Speaker of the House. We stand ready to help Speaker Burrows advance our shared conservative agenda and make Texas the best place to live, work, and raise a family.
