AUSTIN – The Texas House Republican Caucus today released a web video entitled: “Democrats Abandoned Texas.” The video highlights key issues Texas Democrats walked out on that were not passed during the special session because they abandoned their constitutional duty to show up for work and represent their constituents. This includes a 13th check for retired teachers, foster care funding and bail reform.
